Yahoo Pipes: “Unix Pipes for the Web”
Man nimmt beispielsweise einen RSS-Feed (oder mehrere), kann Regeln darauf anwenden und am Ende wieder ausgeben.
Man muss es nicht auf dem eigenen Server ausführen.
Yahoo Pipes cacht eigentlich alle 24 Stunden. Kann man umgehen, in dem man so tut, als ob man etwas anderes, neues abfragt - soweit ich das verstanden habe.
Nicht so cool:
Manchmal langsam, nicht für eine “produktive Website” gedacht.
Nicht klar, inwiefern man es kommerziell nutzen darf. (Terms Of Service legen wohl nahe, dass man es nicht kommerziell nutzen darf.
Interessantes Tool, um einen Prototypen zu bauen.
